allspice upgrade and cs downtime -- monday, jan 2, 2006

We will be upgrading allspice to a new machine on Jan 2, 2006. The current allspice has 2x1.1GHz PIII cpus and 1GB of memory. Our new machine has 2x1.8GHz AMD Opteron 244 cpus and 4GB of memory.
