Swarthmore Computer Usage Survey

The following form represents the survey that was sent out to Swarthmore students in our study in April/May 2000. Starting May 2000 we will be conducting an informal, ongoing online survey with the same questions, minus those related to Swarthmore College specifically.

Feel free to submit the survey (only once, please). All information provided will be held in the strictest confidence and will only be revealed in statistical form. Even though this is the case, you may choose to leave blank any questions you find too intrusive. The results will be posted periodically.

Again, please submit this form only once - you need only click "Submit" once. This page uses your default mail handler to submit the questionairre. If there is no default mail program on your computer, you will not be able to complete it. We apologize for any difficulty this may cause.
