Introduction

Goals

The goals of this project are:

• A catalogue of private and governmental organizations approaches to the social good with regard to information technology public policy
• A list of policy areas for government involvement in technology (public policy "hotspots")
• Brief policy recommendations for each hotspot
• Recommendations on the topic in general

This project is not intended to produce an in-depth study of any particular area.  It is meant as a catalogue for further exploration and general observation as opposed to a specific study of any one area.
